Food stalls always closed

I’m currently having this issue in Brindleton Bay. Both food stalls outside the cat friendly bar are closed (it’s 2:30pm in game and my sims have been there, standing outside the food stalls, since 10am) and if I hover over them with my cursor, no opening hours appear. 

Currently also struggling with the stalls in Mt. Komorebi, not spawning vendors regardless of day/time. 

I have that issue too. The stall is in between Dukes Hall and the Equestrian Center. Mine has a purple sign with apples on it. I played from Wednesday 1st week of autumn to Wednesday 2nd week of autumn (autumn is 2 weeks long) on a combination of speed 1,2 and 3. I loaded in through Champion's Grove Lot. And the vendor never showed up.

It is probably not the stall itself, the one at the Roomies house (parched prospect neighborhood in oasis springs) was open when I checked that one after.

In a new save, no mod or CC, the vendor next to the Equestrian Center never appear and the stall is always closed.

The food stall located in New Appaloosa in Chestnut Ridge never opens in my game either. It's permanently closed throughout all seasons. I've had this problem ever since the Horse Ranch expansion pack released. I don't have any mods installed.

I bought the Horse Ranch expansion pack just over a year ago. I love it! But...the Market Stall has yet to open. It doesn't even tell me the open hours when I hover of it. I've tried two different laptops, and I recently got a top of the line desktop. Is it there just for decor? No one else seems to have this problem as I can not find it in the forums, and that saddens me. 

This is the only Market Stall that remains closed constantly. I play on the PC with no MODS

Hi, my market's (ecoliving) food stalls (all packs) are always closed and are not clickable. I hope a patch will fix it, it's been a while now. Thank you for your time.

The seasonal foodstall in the central neighborhood of Chestnut Ridge just WON'T OPEN for me. It's ALWAYS closed. It's the one in front of the horse competition building. I did not place this stall, it came with the game already and it's outside the lot. It Just doesn't function. Help please 🥹
