Adding a fountain here seems to work on all walls except for this side, I think it has to do with the platform here. There’s this strange little wall that seems to accompany the wall touching the platform. It can’t be demolished or changed.
Running the most recent update, PC, with/without mods.

Please follow these steps to test your game on vanilla game with no mods/cc
- Create a backup of your save game
- Move your mods folder to the desktop
- Delete the following files from your user folder.
- localthumbcache
- Any lastException Files
- Any LastCrash files.
- Test your save (you will loose all cc on the save but since you created a backup you can go back to that afterwards) and see if the same error occurs, then report back.Sorry, I meant to say with and without mods.
This is a clean install of The Sims; I have no crashes or exceptions yet-- and I refreshed the cache file before playing.
Went ahead and did it anyway just to be sure!

Just to throw this out there, if anyone wants to verify the issue, this lot pictured is on the Gallery, Anchorpoint Library by me, just uploaded this week.
The fountain interior walls are painted the same color as the exterior, affected wall, so changing the color of the fountain interior wall will reflect the the reported problem and could help replicate the issue!
