Is this what you are seeing: [FR] 'Fill Vacancy' window doesn't open | EA Forums - 11654134 ?
Does this happen with all your rental lots or just that particular one ? To be sure, you had someone living there that moved out without a trace ?
Yes, the second part. The window definitely opens, but the vacancy doesn't fill. I don't know about the other lots because they're all full, and there's never a chance to change that. The rental period is still bugged, and when they break a rule I don't really ever have the option to justly evict. And the last time I did that, I got sued anyway.
I can't be 100% sure about the "without a trace",because there's always the chance I missed the notification. But when I noticed the lot was vacant, I did scroll through and didn't find a notification letting me know he'd moved out.
I guess one note that may be important: This is a lot that I edited while the previous tenant was living there, but that's only because the lot randomly emptied and had no furniture in it suddenly - lowering its value greatly - despite it definitely having furniture the last time my sim had visited it. So idk if that caused this issue, or at least if it caused the tenant to leave, though I didn't raise the rent - couldn't have even if I wanted to.
