[FR] [DU] student loan collections/paid up rent is late while on vacation

My sim went to university recently and paid with loans. She is currently living in a residential rental (not yet sure if this is entirely relevant, but I'm including the info) and goes on vacation regularly.

The problem is that while she's not at home, she gets student loan collections multiple times a day. Which means, she's having to make at least minimum payments every time. I don't want it paid off just yet, but these calls only happen when she's not at home.

The reason that I bring For Rent into this Discover University problem, is that while she's gone, the landlady (townie Vanesha) calls also, and says the rent is late. It isn't, and it isn't even due. These calls also continue until my sim heads home again. When she gets home, no calls from Vanesha, and the rent is still not due.

I'm playing on a new (few in-game weeks) vanilla save. It doesn't seem to matter if she leaves for vacation on a Sunday or a Thursday. The phantom rent and bills are still somehow being collected, yet they are fine at home.

PS, if anyone knows how to see when student loan payments are actually due (the schedule), I'd love to know. If you can't check this, please consider adding it! Thanks!
