While working on a new residential rental build I looked to see how much rent would be and while the unit is only 100 tiles large with the only furnishing being a cheap kitchen set and cheap bathroom set, the rent for the unit is over 1 million simoleons per day. There is a second unit on the property that is 130 tiles and has a more accurate rental rate.
