Supposedly this was fixed in a patch 2 years ago but it literally just happened again. Tenant refused to pay the fine, I went into the lease agreement and saw "Justly Evict" so I did that.
Next week my sims get a warning about unjustly evicting people and got a fine for it (supposedly, but I haven't been getting money from rent either put into or taken out of my sims' accounts)
I haven't seen this elsewhere because supposedly this was fixed ages ago but it seems like the bug is back? (Only for me??)
