[FR] Landlord doesn't have option for inspection/maintenance

I also have this issue - no mods, on Mac, the option simply doesn't exist

Sorry for delay but I see others weighed in with same experience. 

• No mods/cc
• PC
• Option no longer exists 

I’m also having this issue.

-no mods or cc

-the option doesn’t exist in the menu when I click objects that previously had the interaction available

• when I click on the exploded grill, i click on it and no options pop up. And when I click on the tub, sink, stove, toilet no option to inspect appears

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

Mac OS 26.1 

- What exactly happens when you try ? Do you not have the option ? Routing failures ?
- Do not have the option at all. (Photo attached) 

- I do use mods, but i removed all, did a repair. Just to make sure it was not them causing the trouble. Still didnt work.

- I play on PC

- And the option to do an  "inspection and maintance" is just don't exist anymore.

there is no option. The button just doesn’t exist

Have this issue on my HP windows 10, no mods. The option for inspection is not listed on social menu.
