My simmer can't as a landlord do inspection and maintance after the new update 5/11.2025.
Which now means i can't become a five star landlord.

Same thing here ono the inspection and maintenance. It was the most recent update where this became an issue. I was able to do it a month ago or so. Unrelated (I would imagine) but I've also noticed that a few items I'm not able to repair during electrical failure events. Like the typewriter/computer from cottage living. I can only replace it (hiring a electrician didn't solve it - they said nothing to repair). I recall this happening with other electronics but now can't remember which ones.
