My simmer can't as a landlord do inspection and maintance after the new update 5/11.2025.
Which now means i can't become a five star landlord.

Ideas
As a property owner, I have no option to “Perform Inspection Pass” when visiting an owned property rental unit. Thus, cannot make progress on Five Star Property Owner aspiration.
Have also had holiday and event progress restart every time I travel to a new location, wiping clean already fulfilled tasks.
Also have had front and back doors of rental units continually revert despite resetting front door repeatedly.
No custom content or mods. Have tried repairing game multiple times to no avail.
