[FR] Landlord doesn't have option for inspection/maintenance

I own a rental property and the lot type is correctly set to Residential Rental. Tenants have already moved in, and I can visit the unit normally. However, when I try to perform an Inspection & Maintenance check for the aspiration, the interaction does not appear on any object.

No sinks, toilets, showers, ovens, or any other appliances show the “Do Inspection & Maintenance” option. I cannot complete the inspection because the interaction is missing entirely, even though I am on the rental lot and inside the tenant’s unit.

Got the same issue, and tried the same thing (buy another stove on construction mode because I couldn't find any other way to proceed) only to come back and see the broken one back at its place.

Seems like a bug that needs fixing.

It's the second time it happens to me and I'm pretty sure that whole specific event is just bugged and impossible to resolve.
There's just no interaction with the broken object.

Same issue, no option to perform maintenance or do inspection, no option to call contractor. Just got this EP 

Same issue. No option on objects to inspect anything so I can't get my aspiration. PC, No mods.

- I do use mods, but i removed all, did a repair. Just to make sure it was not them causing the trouble. Still didnt work.

- I play on PC

- And the option to do an  "inspection and maintance" is just don't exist anymore.

Same thing here ono the inspection and maintenance. It was the most recent update where this became an issue. I was able to do it a month ago or so. Unrelated (I would imagine) but I've also noticed that a few items I'm not able to repair during electrical failure events. Like the typewriter/computer from cottage living. I can only replace it (hiring a electrician didn't solve it - they said nothing to repair). I recall this happening with other electronics but now can't remember which ones. 

i got the "explosive malfunction" event for the For Rent expansion pack in the sims 4 and when i go to the apartment to replace the stove no interaction menu pops up to let me repair or replace the stove i event went into "manage worlds'   to physically replace the stove on build mode then i go back to my sim and the brand new stove malfunctions again and I still don't get the prompt for it ????!!!!

I have the same issue on PC after recent update, no longer have the inspection and maintenance option when visiting my rental lots so my maintenance level has gone down. Repair game has not fixed it

Same issue on xbox one, no option such as inspection or maintenance when visiting rental units as a landlord 

edit: the option is “available” only for the water heater or electrical fuse box, but disabled because: this objects is already in tip-top shape, but not visible if the object is not working
