[FR] Landlord doesn't have option for inspection/maintenance

Same issue. Own 5 rentals, the option to “do inspection” doesn’t exist on any object in any of them. No CC, Only mod is MCCC but even without that on the problem still exists. Windows PC. Makes entire aspiration a bit unplayable! 🙄

I play this game every day and have performed inspections and maintenance every day to keep my ratings up and for me it broke right after they did the November patch (1.119.109.1020). I wonder if they broke this before and re-introduced the same bug?

What’s up with the rental stuff like you can’t even fix the stove, shower, toilet, ect. It doesn’t even give that maintenance option anymore

Same issue on xbox one, no option such as inspection or maintenance when visiting rental units as a landlord 

edit: the option is “available” only for the water heater or electrical fuse box, but disabled because: this objects is already in tip-top shape, but not visible if the object is not working

I have the same issue on PC after recent update, no longer have the inspection and maintenance option when visiting my rental lots so my maintenance level has gone down. Repair game has not fixed it

i got the "explosive malfunction" event for the For Rent expansion pack in the sims 4 and when i go to the apartment to replace the stove no interaction menu pops up to let me repair or replace the stove i event went into "manage worlds'   to physically replace the stove on build mode then i go back to my sim and the brand new stove malfunctions again and I still don't get the prompt for it ????!!!!

Same thing here ono the inspection and maintenance. It was the most recent update where this became an issue. I was able to do it a month ago or so. Unrelated (I would imagine) but I've also noticed that a few items I'm not able to repair during electrical failure events. Like the typewriter/computer from cottage living. I can only replace it (hiring a electrician didn't solve it - they said nothing to repair). I recall this happening with other electronics but now can't remember which ones. 

- I do use mods, but i removed all, did a repair. Just to make sure it was not them causing the trouble. Still didnt work.

- I play on PC

- And the option to do an  "inspection and maintance" is just don't exist anymore.
