[FR] Landlord doesn't have option for inspection/maintenance

I wonder how to get their attention on this matter 😤 

next laundry list... 🤔? 

I wonder why this isnt a fix in the patch. Cant even complete the aspiration because you need to check the electronics. 

I’m also having this issue on Xbox. No mods or CC

Hello. A lot of us players don’t have the option to inspect things in their tenants property. Some players have mods/ some don’t. The option doesn’t appear when you click on the sink, oven, or anything else. There’s been a few comments on this forum about this issue. Please fix it

Hello. Why was this not part of the list under the new laundry update coming up? This is happening to large sum of people 

I’m not sure but it’s annoying because I just bought it and I haven’t even gotten to play it. I should have bought the business and hobby one. I’m annoyed. 

I had the same issue, after purchasing a few add on Nov - Dec 2025.  (PC windows with no mods) been waiting for EA to fix it ... why this issue is not on the laundry list Jan 6 ,2026 ??😒

I am having the same issue. 

Recently purchased pack yesterday (4th Jan, 2025) after much deliberation following all the bugs/glitches since its release, assuming it has all been rectified by now. The option to carry out 'inspection and maintenance" isn't showing on the pie menu for any worthy item.

I am not using any mods or CCs, playing on PC.
