[FR] Landlord doesn't have option for inspection/maintenance

I went to my tenant's houses and there is no option to any inspections. My ratings are suffering. This is pretty recent with this bug. Just updated 01/13/26. It's too expensive to keep replacing broken appliances/plumbing especially when you're not trying to use cheat codes. Please help EA!! 

I'm on a PS5. Under the "Five Star Property Owner" aspiration, I have to "perform an inspection pass" but the game won't let me do that. It doesn't even show any option to inspect anything at any of my rental properties. So it's impossible to complete that aspiration.

I’m am still having trouble doing inspections and appliances. The option is not available. On my PlayStation 5 console

same here, driving me nuts

I am a landlord, and own one property attached to my own house. When I go there to do maintenance, the option does not appear on the pie menu when clicking on any of the appliances / utilities. My maintenance score is low, and I can't fix it.

Just voting this up and leaving a 'me too' just, there's no interaction for that on any of the objects on  the lot 

I wonder how to get their attention on this matter 😤

I wonder why this isnt a fix in the patch. Cant even complete the aspiration because you need to check the electronics. 

I’m also having this issue on Xbox. No mods or CC
