[FR] Landlord doesn't have option for inspection/maintenance

I have the same issue, not sure how long it's been in my game.
I play on PC with no mods, I have all the DLC up to business and hobbies.

I hope this bug is fixed on the next list. I have 6 apartments in a compex with mutltiple Sims in each. I manged to get all 6 with 5 star rating, but my Sims are still revolting because there is no option to perfom inspection on anything!  A family has even broken their lease because of the lack of maintenance.  The option was available before the bug fixed on 5/11/ 25. I cannot complete the Five Star Property Owner Aspiration. No MODS. PC 

There is no option to "preform inspection or maintenance" in rental properties.  

Same issue for me with and without mods. Now I can't complete the 5 star property owner aspiration

I'm having  the same issue

there is no option to carry out maintenance in owned rental properties, along with 1 Simoleon max rent for 4-5 star properties.

I am also having this issue currently. There is no option for perform inspection pass on any breakable items.

I have NO MODS and play on PC.

Frustrated that this has been broken for months and isn't included in the last two laundry lists of bug fixes. You guys really need to hire more developers to fix these bugs. Everyone has answered all the questions, provided system information and how they can reproduce the bug (it doesn't exist in the pie menu anymore). People have provided screenshots. What is going on?

Have this issue on my HP windows 10, no mods. The option for inspection is not listed on social menu.
