i have repair the game and still nothing. it started again just after i did the game update. i cant play the family i want to play. I don't have any mods or any other cc's in my game at all. how can this be fixed as i would like to play the game. thanks i hope it can be fixed.
Just finished play the last of the events challenges. went into cas.mode to edit my household when i finished and the loading screen back to my household this code came up: Error code: 102:8d094da1:d9bf8d0a I don't have any CC or MODS in my game. how do i fix this. I closed the game reopen it and still the same error code pop up in the game, i tried the repair game and that did not help.

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
