i have repair the game and still nothing. it started again just after i did the game update. i cant play the family i want to play. I don't have any mods or any other cc's in my game at all. how can this be fixed as i would like to play the game. thanks i hope it can be fixed.

I only get this error code from one of the family i try to play, i moved them from one rental house to another and i still get the same error code? this error code has started to appear for this one family only. i never had an issue before the last game update for my game. is there any ways to fix this as i want to play this family. I don't have any CCs or mods in my game. beside this forum is there another way i can contact someone from the Sims 4 team who can help me fix this issue.
