game failed to load error code 102:591668bd:1cd73dd6
i have repair the game and still nothing. it started again just after i did the game update. i cant play the family i want to play. I don't have any mods or any other cc's in my game at all. how can this be fixed as i would like to play the game. thanks i hope it can be fixed.
I don't understand why my 2 last to post got deleted! I keep getting this Error Code: 102:591668bd:1cd73dd6 when i want to go into playing my sims families. I Don't have and Mods or CCs in my game. Could i please get some help so i can play my game again. other wise who else can i go get help from EA? cause this is not good enough, as i have payed lots of money for this game and i have not been getting any help? and i hope this post does not get deleted cause it very rude for EA and the Sims 4 Team for deleting post when I need help fixing my game when i did nothing to my game files. Your posts have not been deleted. They have been merged and moved to the general Gameplay Issue forum as you posted in the Mac tech forum which is very specific but you are having a gameplay issue with a specific household and helpers in this Gameplay forum have better knowledge of the game and gameplay errors. You also posted a few weeks ago with a 102 error code and a helper did ask for more information but you never replied, presumably you managed to fix your game somehow - Error code: 102:8d094da1:d9bf8d0a | EA Forums - 12351531
For future reference, simply clicking on your name in your post will take you to all your posts so you can find any previous ones. Or click on your name in the top right corner of your web browser then Profile. Threads and posts are often moved around if the user posted in a forum where they are unlikely to get the targeted and relevant help they need. We want to help players get back into their games as much as you want to play 🙂

Thank you for telling me that it was merged and moved to another forum, and how to find any future posts I post on the forums. Is it correct that I posted a few weeks back regarding the same problem? I did not know where the post went or where to go looking for it, and life happens… when I had time to come back to play the game, the same problem; that’s why I posted again. Also, a quick question, I remember a while ago when I ever posted, when I received a reply to my post, I would get an email. I never got an email saying that someone replied to my post on the forum. I have not changed any settings on my account, so I don’t understand why I am not getting emails saying I got a message on my post.

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.Also is any of your Sim in that family in an active career and still at work when you closed the game ?

This Sim's family, I want to play when the error comes up. They are in an active career at the top of my head, I can’t remember what career they are in, and when I last played the game, it still worked.
