I don't understand why my 2 last to post got deleted! I keep getting this Error Code: 102:591668bd:1cd73dd6 when i want to go into playing my sims families. I Don't have and Mods or CCs in my game. Could i please get some help so i can play my game again. other wise who else can i go get help from EA? cause this is not good enough, as i have payed lots of money for this game and i have not been getting any help? and i hope this post does not get deleted cause it very rude for EA and the Sims 4 Team for deleting post when I need help fixing my game when i did nothing to my game files. Thanks and i hope to hear back from EA or the Sims 4 team soon. attached is a picture of the error code i get.

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
Also is any of your Sim in that family in an active career and still at work when you closed the game ?

This Sim's family, I want to play when the error comes up. They are in an active career at the top of my head, I can’t remember what career they are in, and when I last played the game, it still worked.
