When I buy an apartment for rent, the day counter is constantly updated. For example, if I set that Sims can live for 7 days, then the counter is constantly updated from 6 back to 7 or does not move at all. Accordingly, I don't receive rent money from them, as if the Sims don't live there.
Also, despite the fact that I perform tests on the rental site and they are marked as completed, the tests are updated upon exiting and re-entering the site.
