[FR] Low max rent value (Patch 1.107.112)

After the 7 day lease period is up the rent automatically decreases down to 3-4 instead of between 1,000-1300 

When I go to rent out a property to a tenant. I get to the fill vacancy page but then it won’t up the daily rent income and won’t rent it out to anyone 

I have this issue! All of vacancies are stuck at $2 rent

My sim bought a house (from the pack "for rent") and when I try to modify the price of the rental agreement, I cannot change it. It costs $2 OMG!
I play the game on pc without mods or cc.

Im not sure if this is same problem, but this is what worked when I knew the rent price should have been updated after remodel but didn’t. Try moving someone in and then evict them right away. Make sure your rating is already pretty high so the negative effect from unjust eviction doesn't hurt you too badly. After eviction, the lease should update to the correct max rent price. 

Any time a Sims moves out on the grace period of renting or I evict a tenant, the rental days and amount paid for the rental unit has a low  number limit. For the amount of money I can't go any higher than 4 simoleons and days are limited low as well. I have taken out my mods and cc and also did a localcache deletion, it is still happening. This needs a fix 💀💀💀
