It's time to pay the rent to the tenant but there's no interaction to do it in the mailbox.

The option to pay rent never shows up on the mailbox, phone or computer. I get notification from my landlord that rent is due/late but I have no way of paying it.
I did testingcheats on and then households.force_bills_due and it didn't work.
Seems like this bug was fixed in the past but I guess there must have been a regression
