[FR] No/ too low rent/lease period when playing as tenant

It's time to pay the rent to the tenant but there's no interaction to do it in the mailbox.  Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title fit bug report at AHQ

But it still not work well.
I save and leave game day before monday in game... and i have VERY LOW bills
It's seems mod "SonozakiSisters_Pay_Rent_Fix" is still nesesery
