[FR] 'Not Expanded to OPS' when trying to place roof/Deleting floor on rental

SusanMayerDelfi1​  You can't edit roofs and other exterior things on a residential rental lot when you are loaded into a household living in the building as either the landlord or a tenant.  To edit those things, the building must be unowned and have no tenants.  In addition, you must enter the lot in build mode from the map screen.  And it is best and gives you fewer problems if you change the venue to regular residential, make your changes, change the venue back to residential rental, define the apartments again before saving.
