[FR] Tenant not paying rent (Patch 1.119.109)

No mods/cc, playing on PC, Version 1.119.109.1020 DX11 

I continued playing for hours last night and had no payments whatsoever for my rentals and it should be over 2000 daily!

I got the sims for rent a few months ago and I never get paid any rent from tenants it just rolls over to the next week with nothing. I’m so disappointed feel like I wasted my money on a pack that doesn’t even work. 

So I am having this issue with Landlords not getting paid. I just played a game that was one sim year and no rent, also, my tenant did not move out after the lease period, and when they were clearly breaking the lease, I was given the option to just evict them. and when I did, I got a pop-up acting like I just kicked them out. 

Additionally, this issue occurs without any mods installed on the system. 

But this occurs when I use the default setting for rent, and when my sims own one property and are renting out part of the house. 

Its like if I have one lot with 3 units, and i have my active sim in unit 3, and renting out the other 2 units and i never buy anther lot, or move away, my landlord does not get rent and i dont get the grace period. If I buy a second rental lot and rent it out then i get all the rent. or i have to move my sim off the lot and they can not live on the lot with the units to get rent. 

Same problem here as well.

I came back to the game to play for rent expansion pack and it has too many bugs.

1. Rent comes weekly or sometimes never regardless of lease period.
2. If rent ever comes it will only give me the day rate amount for example if I set $50 day rate in a 3 day lease, I will get $50 after a week instead of $50X7=$350.
3. I evicted a tenant during grace period and I get a notice saying I am fined for an unjust eviction.
4. Lease period is frozen, cannot be amended during grace period.

It makes the pack completely unplayable. 

I play on PC with no mods and version: 1.120.117.1030 DX11

Also my tenant was on the same lot my household was on.

Same problem here, 

It looks like every time I close the game or change the lot, remaining time resets to 7days and I am not getting paid rent.
