Same for me. The grace period and the lease are bugged. Is someone know what happened if you raise the rent of your tenants outside the grace period?
What's the point of raising the rent if you aren't receiving any rent? I'm not receiving rent and not seeing grace periods. My tenants are all living in my units rent-free but they still call me about issues/events that I have to pay for. This has been a glitch for over a year and doesn't seem to be fixed yet. I'd request a refund for this EP but I missed the window with Xbox.
