So here's the current status as of today after I tried a couple things, if that helps:
- days count down when you buy a new property, but only for the new one, not for the older ones
- (not sure about this one and how I managed to get it to work) days started counting down for all properties after I visited a tenant's property and then went back to my property
- I set one of the loans to 5 days. After it reached the deadline, it just resetted to 5 days and no grace period.
- I perceived rent money 3 days in, only for that day, and only for 4 out of 5 properties (not the last one rented out)
