I'm having the same issue. Lease says 7 days remaining every day. It never goes down, so rent never gets paid. Also, when my landlord sim visits a unit to resolve a problem, after I fix it I get a notification that I did nothing or the tenant solved it themself and my rating goes down.
Also half the time my "owned businesses" panel says "You don't own any residential rentals" when I clearly do.
