I searched for this with the key word bracelet and in the For Rent list and could not find anything.
The left hand bracelet has no issues but the right hand one is clearly broken.
I checked the bracelet in live mode too and it is the same.
These pictures were taken while playing on my PC that has never had mods or CC. I have seen the same issue on my other PC that has mods. All packs owned, and most kits.
