Currently playing a sim with high handiness level, recently the Frame/ Picture TV large size is constantly breaking, even with handiness level 10 the sim cannot complete the repair, resulting in having to purchase a brand new tv. The bug seems to regenerate every 24 hours after purchase of a new frame tv.
to be sure, you have endless repairing on the item ? Like it break and the Sim never stops repairing ?
Or does the TV just break again when you're done ?
Is this an unbreakable one ?
Do you have any gnomes on your lot ? Do you own Enchanted by nature ?
Yes, exactly as you described, once it breaks the sim never stops repairing. At first I thought it was a longer repair time and I didn't give the sim enough time to fix it, so I tried it multiple times, same thing each time.
For the second part of your question - I choose the buy replace option since the repair isn't working, within 24 sim hours the tv is broken again and the sim is stuck in an endless repair.
No gnomes, I do not own enchanted. This happens to be in the Brindelton Bay neighborhood.
thanks. There's currently two thread for this so to know which one I need to merge this into (I don't have time to go into the game to check): Does that TV have an unbreakable tag or did you upgrade it to be unbreakable ?
