[GALLERY] Follower Names starred out/anonymous/Empty Profiles

My gallery has been like this from the beginning from the year and in between I have reset my pc I have repaired my pc, and I have fixed bugs with my game so I'm assuming this is an online error from...

Opening up the gallery, there is nothing in the profiles of people, although I know they have things in them. Example pictures of Maxis' own profile It shows as empty. 

I can see things fine when I am just in gallery, it's when I go to people's profiles that there's nothing. 

I have no mods or CC. I play Vanilla. I repaired the game.
