Gallery not loading results/lagging

I have the same thing suddenly! 

I thought I downloaded a bad house and that provoked it, as shortly before it started I had a system error message when trying to place a house from the Gallery? It was snappy for me since the patch otherwise.

I have the same issue too! I thought it was maybe one of my mods or my internet, but everything seems to be just fine. The gallery just won’t load, search, or apply any filters. Tried clearing my cache too and still didn’t help.

Came here to check and see if this had been reported.  Having this issue as well.

I have the same issue too, on PC and without mods. The filters don't seem to work as they should. If I search for lots with my Owned Packs it still shows me results with packs I don't have, if it shows me results at all. Tried repairing the game and clearing my cache and didn't help either.

I've been having problems with the gallery freezing up and or not showing things since early Nov. 2025.  I waited a couple weeks and came back to the game thinking it was fixed but now it's worse than ever.  I finally was able to get some of my sims 4 in the gallery to load so I could save them to my library but most are missing.  

I had the same problem last night; hopefully it's only temporary. I did manage to find a few plots of land by working with the filters, but there were far fewer results than usual.

We've pushed out a fix for the Gallery that should clear this issue up- can you let me know if the Gallery is working normally for you again now please?
