Since the January 13 update, I have been unable to save things to my library on Xbox. The button appears it acts like it’s saved, but when I go to the library, it is not there. The only way I can currently save anything is by sharing it to the gallery. Is anyone else having this problem. I don’t believe it is a storage cap issue because I deleted a ton of stuff in order to ensure that that was not the problem. And it still does not accept new saves to the library.
No. It acts as if it’s saved. But when I look in the Library it’s not there. So far it happened on lots and rooms, I haven’t tried saving a family
I’m having the same issue to my games will not save it use to show an error now they don’t save at all I play on Xbox this issues has been happening for years I have no clue how to fix it , and I tired contacting EA but still got no help
