Jan 13th update supposedly fixed this issue, but I still can't save my lots. I can save sims and individual rooms just fine but I always get the error message when trying to save whole lots.
My internet connection is fine so it has to be an issue with the game.
having trouble saving anything to my gallery, it takes a while for it to load then comes up with "server timed out, please try again later" its been a week and a half that its been doing it for and after connecting to my phone hotspot then retrying internet multiple times its still doing the same thing
Hi its 22nd of Feb and I still cant save any lots/rooms to my gallery, it will take ages to load and when I go to save it it says 'timed out during uplaod, Please check Internet connection or try again in a minute.
I dont use cc, the only game on my laptop is the sims 4 so so storage is not an issue, I cleared the cache, repaired the game, uninstall-reinstalled and nothing still works.
