I've been having this issues for at least two months now. At first there was the "Server error : could not upload to the gallery" message, they said it was fixed but it is not, the message changed to "Timed out during upload". It happens when I try to save a current lot to my library, not when I download from the gallery. Some people say that after some time the green notification appears as if the lot was saved, but not to me. I play without any mods or cc. My game is up to date and I tried everything. This is driving me insane :(
