Hi everyone, I've been having this bug for a few weeks now where I can't upload any of my builds on the gallery, it says "server error", even when I try to save it in my library. I don't know what to do or if there's anything I can do to fix it. I've repaired my game already and it doesn't change anything.
What should I do?
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Does the lot you're trying to upload have any black photos or paintings by ref ?
I do use mods, I turned them off and here's what happened:
The loading time of the "save on gallery" menu takes minutes to load the preview just like with my mods in. And when I try to upload it, it now gives me this message. I am connected to the internet though.
And no, there's no photos at all or paintings by reference in that lot.
Well. It ended up saving it to my library even after this messsag about he timed out during upload, now I'm going to test it to upload it on the gallery. It still gives me the "Timed out during upload" pop-up and the menu takes a while to load. I have to try multiple times (more than 5 times) to save it. And it doesn't want to save it again.
It worked after MANY tries, like, around 10 tries, so something definitely doesn't work quite well.
