[GALLERY] 'Timed Out' error when saving lot to Library/Gallery

For the past few days I have been unable to save lots to the library or upload them to the gallery. The issue report says that it is my internet connection which is false. I have tested other connections and even tried to save to the library with my laptop disconnected from the internet just to test the error message. Each time if I was connected to the internet or not I got the same error message even though this is clearly not the issue. 

To fix this issue I have repaired all game files, removed all mods from the game, and deleted the cache and resource file as recommended. 

The first time I deleted the cache and resource file I was able to save to the library and upload to the gallery. The next day I built a new lot and tried to save it to the library to have the same error message pop up, and the lot could no longer save. 

I have tried many different lots (to make sure it wasnt a broken lot or corrupt save file) and each one has the same issue. 

I love building in the game and this has really impacted my playing experience (aside from the constant crashing, save file corruptions and buggy updates) and I would appreciate some input on this as it is driving me insane.
