I have had this issue for about 2 years now and was hoping for this update to fix it. I'm only able to upload maybe one lot and then after that I get the message listed below. I'm definitely connected to the internet via ethernet so that is not the issue. I am running the game with directX11 which I heard causes problems with the gallery. I would really like a fix for this since they have been saying they are fixing it with every update, but nothing has come of it.
