I was told the last update would fix it. As I said in my post, the help desk told me to disable all my packs. I'm not going to do that. Sharing things you create is a big part of playing Sims 4.
I own every single pack EA put out for Sims 4. I also have 4 pieces of Marketplace items.
Mods I use are MCCC and More Columns.
I play on a laptop.
