I'm experiencing a persistent issue with the Gallery in the sims 4. While I can upload new content without any problems, the game fails whenever I try to delete an existing item from my catalog.
Details of the bug.
Action: selecting an item in my shared catalog and clicking the remove (cloud) icon.
Observed result: the game "freezes" or gets stuck processing for a long time before displaying an error message.
Frequency: this has been happening consistenly for several days.
Troubleshooting done: I have restarted the game and checked my internet connection but the result persists specifically with the removing process.
Expected result: the households/lots should be remove from the gallery immediately.
i am also having this issue. i hope it’s fixed with the tuesday patch.
i cannot remove anything from the gallery and then anytime i use the gallery it stops my game and i can’t close out unless i turn everything off.
that, and everything in the build buy catalog shows as new, highlighted in gold. and on startup it asks me if i want to place the tiny home the restaurant the spa the haunted house, all that lol smh!
Maxis SimDevDave please put it in the patch!!! we CAN'T USE THE GALLERY we can't delete anything!!!
