I am unable to upload or save any lots to my Library and the Gallery. Every time I attempt to upload a lot from my catalog, the game freezes and returns an error message.
Problem: Game hangs/freezes during the upload process.
Scope: Affects both the local Library and the online Gallery.
Troubleshooting: Issue persists after restarting and checking connectivity.
Expected Result: Lots, rooms, and households should save to my Library and upload to the Gallery immediately without freezing or errors.
