So I checked again, it is indeed "my library" the issue is in. It isn't in the gallery. I'm wondering if the fix you suggested would still be applicable even though it isn't the gallery.
The fix I suggested wouldn't apply to the gallery, just the library.
The gallery is store online where as the library is stored locally on your computer.
