My gallery has always been extremely slow, but at least it used to work. For months now, I haven't been able to save Sims or lots to the gallery; I keep getting the “timeout during upload” message. And now, since last month, I can't access items in the gallery. I search, and some items load their thumbnails, while others don’t; the ones that show the thumbnail take several MINUTES to load when I click on them, and eventually display a “corrupted file” message.
I tried the factory reset recommended here, and it didn’t help: in fact, this time not even the item thumbnails loaded. This has really ruined my gaming experience. I had to put my Forever Savefile project on hold because I can’t get new lots or Sims from the gallery.
