Yes, they were created in CAS with different last names and cleaned cache and deleted the localthumbcache file after removing mods/cc.
Do you have the issue only with non-binary or cross frame Sims or any married couple ?
Do you know when this started happening for you ? Is manager world the trigger that always makes it happen ?
It seems to be any married couple. The default for feminine frame Sims will be to change their last name to the masculine frame Sim, which is so problematic. When it's same frame Sims, it changes to one of their last name, but I can't determine if there is a pattern to that.
I've noticed this happening since Lovestruck came out (with that patch - I also have the game) but after Sims get married in game. This is the first time I've been in CAS and created a married couple with different last names.
