I have a teenage spellcaster and I'm trying to complete the win three magic duels aspiration goal.
I get her to travel to the magic realm, find a spellcaster and challenge them to a duel. My sim makes her way to the arena and, once she's there, the game freezes.
This has happened on three different occasions. The first time it happened, the game eventually began to run again. The second and third time has resulted in me having to shut down my PC because I cannot just close down the sims. No other program, including task manager, can open over the frozen sims screen.

My PC and game are fully up to date, my specs are higher than the sims 4 requirements, I have a top range gaming PC, there are no mods/cc on my sims game
My sim can go to casters alley without issue.
I have all expansions, missing only the star wars game pack, I have all of the stuff packs and only some of the kits.
