Not sure if it's related, but sometimes my sim action queue will fill up with nothing, while they just stand there doing nothing. If I pause, it shows "Chat With" on a computer, which will disappear once I unpause. Looks like it constantly tries to queue the action and then cancels it. Luckily, it does not lead to a crash.
