On the startup of my existing save file one, and only one, of my trees in my greenhouse reverted back to a shrub. Shrub the stage after dirt pile before its grown. I do have it growing in the "Handmade Garden Pot" from Outdoor Retreat. Yes, I have a fairy sim in my household. No, they did not use any fairy powers on the plants.

No mods have ever been installed on this computer.
Edit By crinrict: Adjusted Title. Patch number is only needed if there has been a prior identical bug that was fixed recently. Since this is shrub and not dirt piles and only a single one, it's not needed.
