Gave this a short test and my Sim can plant in those planters with no issues. I also uprooted one of the existing plants and planted a new one.

I haven't waited for it to grow yet though currently says it's the one I planted

What exactly happens when you try to plant one ?

Hi,
Since a recent update, i was able to plant flowers and vegetables, but the result remains the same : 1 or 2 days after, it disappears. I tried with 3 differents households. No matter what, the plant disappear, even if now i am able to plant it.

  Maybe an NPC uproots the plant ?
  
  Do you still have the issue where the original comes back too ?

    All original plants grow perfectly fine. The problem only affects new plants I'm trying to grow.
    Npc don't interfere.
