Hi Birch1033
first error code that I see that seems language dependent. Very strange.
Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

Hi,crinrict
I've followed your instructions and deleted the "LastException" files. I found that the old save using Simplified Chinese can now travel to the actor job lot without issues.
However, when testing with a new save in Simplified Chinese, the previous problem still occurred.
The new "LastException" file shows the following:

Hi crinrict,
Just wanted to follow up on this issue. Were the new "LastException" file and the game screenshot I provided helpful?
Please let me know if there are any updates. Thank you for your time.

Sorry, I missed your earlier answer. Please always make sure to tag. This forum makes it very easy to miss answers, especially in busy times.
Are you using the same Sim in the new save ?
The LE doesn't look familiar but this part: get_family_name_for_gender. Maybe it has to do with the name of the Sim and that being different in the two languages ?

crinrict That was my mistake; I didn't fully understand the forum's features.
In my personal testing, I used two different Sims for the two save files. However, their commonality is that both were named in Simplified Chinese.
Could this issue be related to naming Sims in Simplified Chinese?
