Same issue here, after my sim went to audition, there's no notification whether they failed/succeeded in the audition, I need to save and exit to main menu and check again to see if it's succeeded and see the prep works... There's still no fix?
cgunawan01 Not a fix, but faster than exiting to main menu: try leaving the lot. Like, take your Sim to a park after they come back from the audition. It usually makes the UI update for me.
