I am having the same issue but on xbox, my sim will sit down in the chair to get hair and makeup done for gig and they will do the makeup but not the hair and the action icon stays but the makeup artist moves and im not able to complete that task.
Yes same thing happening to me. Make up seems done but the artist starts reading a book or looks at phone, anything but finishing the hair.
On PC, newest update installed. No mods, never had.
